Set in a quiet rural setting, Bendysh Hall is a working farm and family home run by Nick and Ali Fordham. The farm consists of 300 acres of land which grow mainly wheat and oil seed rape with conservation areas and old meadow lands. It has some wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. The farm house has been recently renovated with many of its original period features restored and has gardens front and back to relax in. A Grade II listed manor house; parts of the house predate the Doomsday Book, where the Manor of Bendysh Hall is recorded.
At the back of the farmhouse lie Great and Little Bendysh woods with many footpaths for you to enjoy walking in. There are some great opportunities to see the wildlife and wild flowers are abundant, including bluebells in April/May and beautiful wild orchids in June.
Maps now available for walkers and cyclists who will be warmly welcomed at Bendysh Hall Bed and Breakfast with facilities for storing bikes and drying wet clothes and boots. We can also offer a pack lunch . Please let us know if you would like this.
